David Arcidiaco, a graduate of Flinders Drama Centre, embodies versatility as both an actor and educator. His journey has taken him abroad, where he worked in theatre education within the vibrant city of Milan, discovering a passion for merging education and performance. Returning to his roots in Adelaide, David continues to contribute to the local arts scene.
A seasoned puppeteer and children's performer, David has travelled across the country delivering Camp Quality’s esteemed Puppet Education Program as the South Australian Coordinator, where he finds fulfillment in creating meaningful experiences for children battling cancer, their parents and peers.
A passionate theatre maker and collaborator, having co-created and performed in the award-nominated show Workmates at the 2023 Adelaide Fringe, David thrives on creating and bringing stories to life. His commitment to inclusivity and advocacy shines through his collaborations with ActNow Theatre and No Strings Attached Theatre for Disability, amplifying diverse voices on stage.
David has performed in productions such as the Adelaide Festival’s Angelique, Adelaide Fringe’s Bunyip Aristocrats, and more recently, productions Hands Across the Sea and A Cheery Soul which premiered at the Holden Street Theatre in 2024.
His most recent screen credits include the AMC+ original series Firebite, and the Adelaide Film Festival’s With or Without You.
